My Background

I am an Attorney currently working on Internet / Cyberspace topics. I have been working with Internet companies for the past several years, including Snapnames.com and Dotster.com. Through those experiences, I have been in touch with different individuals in the Internet world, including those affiliated with Verisign and ICANN. As a result, I have been exposed to a variety of topics concerning domain names and the Internet in general.

Recently, I have moved near Los Angeles, California and have worked with several Internet companies in the area. Through my interactions, I have watched as the domain name industry, with respect to .COM, has expanded greatly in just a short amount of time. I have taken time to watch as the industry grows to determine some of the problems that people run into (i.e. spam, phishing, domain kiting).

My goal is to work together with other law firms and companies to help keep Internet businesses moving forward while removing some of the problems that may arise.
